Our Family Macaron Class in Paris!

A Sweet Afternoon in Paris: Our Family Macaron Class Paris gave us many beautiful moments — croissants at sunrise, strolls along the Seine — but none sweeter than our afternoon learning to make macarons together at  Cook’n With Class. We wanted something hands-on for the girls, a break from museums and sightseeing.   The Macaron en Famille class was perfect — designed for kids ages 6–12 and their parents, taught entirely in English by patient, encouraging chefs. Each duo made two flavors of macarons from scratch, mastering the delicate “macaronage” technique that turns simple ingredients into elegant little cookies. The kitchen, tucked in a cozy corner of Montmartre, felt like a Parisian dream — bright bowls, whisks, and laughter echoing off tiled walls. Our girls measured, mixed, and piped with so much focus (and a little friendly competition). When the trays came out of the oven, their proud smiles said it all.
