 Philly Cheese Steak with Queso Dip.

QUESO DIP RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 lb. (16 oz.) Velveeta, cut into ½-inch cubes 1 can (10 oz.) Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
Directions:

1. Mix ingredients in 2-qt. microwaveable bowl.
2. Microwave on HIGH 5 min. or until Velveeta is completely melted, stirring after 3 min.
3. Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables, crackers, or tortilla chips. If you're having more than a few friends over, simply double the recipe and use one whole 2 lb. package of Velveeta  and 2 cans of diced tomatoes.
